Product Notes

Barbadillo Pale Cream Sherry is a delicious and light sherry that is perfect for any occasion. It has a pale gold color with a delicate and fruity nose of ripe apricots, honey, and vanilla. On the palate, it is soft and silky with a sweet and tangy taste of white peaches and toasted almonds. This sherry is made using the Palomino Fino grape variety, which is grown in the Jerez region of Southern Spain. Barbadillo Pale Cream Sherry is a versatile sherry that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with desserts such as fruit tarts, cheesecakes, or crème brûlée.
