Tasting Note

The wine opens with delicate aromas of white stone fruits, citrus, and gentle floral notes. On the palate, it is vibrant and mineral-driven, with a saline undertone that adds tension and balance. The finish is long and persistent, showcasing both the elegance and complexity that biodynamic winemaking can achieve. This vintage captures the character of its terroir while offering a refined, expressive, and harmonious drinking experience.

Product Notes

Bodega Cerrón Remordimiento Blanco is a vibrant and refreshing white wine that showcases the unique terroir of Spain's Jumilla region. Crafted with a blend of indigenous grape varieties such as Macabeo and Airén, this wine is a true expression of the Mediterranean climate and soil. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, and a hint of tropical notes. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with flavors of green apple, lemon, and a touch of minerality. Perfect for pairing with seafood dishes, salads, or simply enjoyed on its own, Bodega Cerrón Remordimiento Blanco is a versatile and delicious wine.

About the Winery

Bodega Cerrón

Bodega Cerrón is a family-owned winery located in Fuente-Álamo, in the province of Albacete, within the Jumilla Denomination of Origin (DO) in southeastern Spain. The Cerrón family has been cultivating vineyards in the region since 1895, initially selling their Monastrell grapes to local cooperatives. In 2011, the family decided to establish their own winery, focusing on producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of their high-altitude vineyards.
