Product Notes

Bruno Rocca Barbera d'Alba is a fine red wine produced from the Barbera grape variety grown in the famous Piedmont region of Italy. The wine comes from the esteemed vineyards of Bruno Rocca, an iconic winery in the area known for its exceptional quality wines. The wine has a vibrant ruby color and a complex aroma of ripe cherries, blackcurrants, and hints of tobacco. On the palate, it is dry and medium-bodied with a firm tannic structure and a fantastic acidity that balances out the fruitiness. The wine has an excellent finish that leaves a lingering taste of spices and berries. It pairs perfectly with red meats, pasta dishes, and hard cheeses. Bruno Rocca Barbera d'Alba is a must-try for any wine enthusiast, offering a beautiful representation of the Barbera grape in a refined and elegant style.

About the Winery

Bruno Rocca

The history of Bruno Rocca remains closely tied with the Rocca family. Several notary documents and historical records attest and show the family’s presence in the Barbaresco township since 1834. Thus, the venture and idea of the winery originated from as early as that time.
