Tasting Note

Delicate pale rosé in colour with pearlescent silver highlights, this wine opens with an elegant and enticing nose of stone fruits and citrus, complemented by a subtle tangy sweetness reminiscent of traditional English confectionery. The palate is soft and inviting on entry, developing into a vibrant mid-palate with delicate floral notes of rose and a gentle hint of spice. Fresh, balanced and expressive, it concludes with impressive length and a lingering, refined finish.

Product Notes

Chateau Roubine Premium Cotes de Provence Cru Classe Rosé is a delightful and elegant wine that encapsulates the beauty and charm of the Provence region in every sip. Made from a careful blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren grapes, this rosé boasts a beautiful pale pink color and a bouquet of floral and citrus notes. On the palate, it reveals a perfect balance of freshness and complexity, with flavors of strawberries, peaches, and a hint of minerality. This award-winning wine is ideal for any occasion, from casual gatherings to upscale events, and pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes.

About the Winery

Located between Lorgues and Draguignan in the heart of Provence, Château Roubine is one of the oldest wine estates in France, with a history dating back to the 14th century when it was owned by the Knights Templar before passing to the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem. The estate has long been recognised for the quality of its vineyards and was among the select properties awarded Cru Classé status in the Côtes de Provence classification of 1955. Since 1994, the château has been owned by Valérie Rousselle, whose investment and vision have transformed the property into one of Provence's leading wine producers while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainable and organic viticulture.
