Taste Profile
Tasting Note
This vintage is the incarnation of our first bubbles, made like the ancestral method. Lovely lil’ bubbles, very low in alcohol and a very fresh fruitiness perfect for an aperitif throughout summer!
Product Notes
Château Tour des Gendres Pétillant Naturel is a sparkling wine from the Bergerac region in southwest France. Made from a blend of semillon and muscadelle grapes, this wine is produced using the méthode ancestrale, which involves bottling the wine before the primary fermentation has finished. This process creates a natural effervescence and results in a slightly cloudy appearance. The nose is vibrant and fresh with notes of citrus and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is light and refreshing with a delicate acidity. Enjoy as an aperitif or pair with light dishes such as seafood or salad.
