Product Notes
David & Nadia Hoë-Steen Chenin Blanc is crafted using 100% Chenin Blanc grapes from the Swartland region of South Africa. These grapes are grown on dry-farmed, bush-vine vineyards that are meticulously tended to by winemakers David and Nadia. This Chenin Blanc is fresh and vibrant with flavors of citrus, green apple, and quince. It has a lively acidity and a mineral quality that is unique to the Swartland terroir. The wine is fermented with natural yeasts and aged in old oak barrels for 10 months, resulting in a complex and well-rounded wine. David & Nadia Hoë-Steen Chenin Blanc pairs well with spicy foods, seafood, and ripe cheeses.
