Tasting Note

This wine is an intense red colour, with aromas of blackcurrant, rosemary and savoury spices on the nose. It is medium-bodied with well-structured tannins and flavours of spiced plums on the finish.

Product Notes

Fairview Shiraz is a high-quality wine made from hand-picked grapes grown in the Fairview estate in Paarl, South Africa. This wine is made using sophisticated techniques that create a unique flavor profile that distinguishes it from other Shiraz wines in the market. The wine has a rich, ruby color and a full-bodied taste, complemented by dark fruit flavors and spicy notes. It is a well-balanced wine with a smooth finish that lingers on the palate long after every sip. The Fairview Shiraz is best served with red meat, hard cheeses, and hearty dishes. It is an excellent choice for a special occasion or a relaxing evening at home.
