This golden-colored chardonnay presents a bouquet of honeyed lemon, vanilla, and a hint of toasty oak, which is complemented with crisp green apple and juicy white peach flavors on the palate. This wine has a perfect balance of acidity and rich texture, a result of the fermentation and aging process it undergoes, that leads to a long, fruity finish. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, the Gran Moraine Yamhill-Carlton Chardonnay is a rich and vibrant wine that pairs well with seafood or creamy pasta dishes.
