Iago Chinuri Skin Contact is a unique white wine produced in the Georgian region of Kakheti using the Chinuri grape. This wine is made with a skin contact method, where the grape juice is left in contact with the grape skins for an extended period. The result is a wine with a beautiful amber color, intense aromas, and complex flavors. The nose is filled with aromas of dried apricots, honey, and hazelnuts, while the palate is full-bodied with notes of peach, quince, and spices. It has fresh acidity and a long, lingering finish that makes it a perfect accompaniment to rich and flavorful dishes.
