Tasting Note

Fresh and tangy notes of green apple and citrus fruit lead to a wonderful tension on the palate, which is layered with delicate toasty oak and subtle minerality on the finish.

Product Notes

Olivier Leflaive Chassagne-Montrachet Houillères wine is a sophisticated and elegant white wine from the renowned Burgundy region in France. With a bright golden color and complex aromas of citrus, peach, and vanilla, this wine offers a rich and creamy texture on the palate. The flavors of ripe stone fruits, honey, and toasted almonds are balanced by a refreshing acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish. Crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown in the prestigious Chassagne-Montrachet appellation, this wine showcases the terroir of the Houillères vineyard with finesse and precision. Perfect for special occasions or pairing with gourmet seafood dishes.

About the Winery

Olivier Leflaive

Olivier Leflaive Winery is a prestigious Burgundy producer, renowned for crafting some of the region’s most elegant white and red wines. Located in Puligny‑Montrachet, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, the estate sits amidst some of Burgundy’s most celebrated vineyard sites. The Leflaive family has a winemaking legacy dating back to 1717, and the modern Olivier Leflaive estate was founded in 1984 by Olivier Leflaive, a member of the 18th generation of this historic family. Olivier initially co-managed the famed Domaine Leflaive before establishing his own négociant and estate wines to showcase both family-owned and carefully selected grower vineyards.
