Ovum Wines' Big Salt White Blend is a unique and complex wine crafted with care and precision. The blend consists of 50% Riesling, 30% Gewürztraminer, and 20% Early Muscat, all grown in Southern Oregon's Applegate Valley. This wine offers intense aromas of tropical fruits like pineapple, passionfruit, and mango, mixed with floral notes and a touch of minerality. On the palate, the bright acidity and saline undertones give way to a rich and round texture with a clean finish. This wine pairs exceptionally well with seafood, spicy dishes, and light salads. Ovum Wines' Big Salt White Blend is a true expression of Oregon terroir, expressing the unique attributes of the region's climate and soil.

When Ksenija and John House founded the Ovum Wines in 2011, their main objective was to produce the highest quality of authentic Oregon white wines that reflected the true character of the grapes and the places where they were cultivated. Today, seven years later, Ovum is one of the well-reputed white wine producers in the world. It mostly uses the grape varieties of Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Muscat for making white wines.
