Product Notes

Palmer & Co Rosé Solera is a unique blend of fine rosé champagne aged utilizing the solera wine making technique. This technique involves a blend of different vintages, with each vintage contributing to the overall complexity of the wine. The pinkish-orange color of the wine is obtained via a brief maceration period with Pinot Noir grape skins. The result is a wine of intense aromas and flavors, with hints of wild strawberry, apricot, and red currants. The palate is creamy and smooth, with a long, refreshing finish. This champagne pairs well with dishes such as salmon, sushi, or even desserts like fruit tarts.

About the Winery

Palmer & Co

Located in the Montagne de Reims area of France, the Palmer & Co. Wine brand was created in 1947. This was when seven expert winegrowers who owned the vineyards of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards got together to form this brand. This group kept growing in its size as it kept acquiring one cellar after another in a short time. Currently, there are over 200 hectares of land that are under the control of Palmer & Co. Wines.
