The nose has vibrant flavours of lime, green citrus, and lemon sherbet that burst onto the palate with refreshing zest. There is a delicate hint of Crème Brulée, slate and gentle oak spice. Tension and a fresh acidity weave through the palate, adding a lively and invigorating drive that keeps the palate engaged with persistence.

Product Notes

Radford Dale Touchstone Chardonnay is a rich and complex white wine from the Stellenbosch region of South Africa. The grapes are handpicked from selected vineyards, and fermented in French oak barrels for a period of 9 months. The resulting wine is a beautifully balanced, full-bodied palate, with aromas of citrus, oak and vanilla. The palate is rich and creamy, with flavors of ripe stone fruit, almonds, and a touch of minerality. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of spice and a refreshing acidity. Radford Dale Chardonnay is a fantastic wine to pair with creamy pasta dishes, risotto, and roasted chicken.
