Product Notes

Spier Seaward Chardonnay is a beautifully balanced wine that showcases the best of South African terroir. Pale gold in color, it boasts aromas of citrus, green apple, and tropical fruit, with hints of vanilla and oak from its partial French oak barrel fermentation. On the palate, it is full and round, with a creamy mouthfeel and flavors of ripe pear, lemon zest, and toasted almond. The finish is long and lingering, with a pleasant acidity that gives it excellent aging potential. Enjoy this delicious Chardonnay on its own or paired with seafood, chicken, or creamy pasta dishes.

Spier

The artistic Spier winery is located close to the South African town of Stellenbosch.
