Product Notes

Weingut Heinrichshof Schlossberg Trockenbeerenauslese Riesling is a rare and wonderful wine that is produced in the famed German wine region of Mosel. This is a Trockenbeerenauslese Riesling, which means the grapes are picked at their peak ripeness, and only the botrytis-affected grapes are harvested. The resulting wine is ultra-concentrated, rich, and sweet, with an intense and complex flavor profile that includes notes of honey, apricot, and peach. The wine is produced in limited quantities due to the labor-intensive process, making it a truly special wine to be cherished and savored. The wine pairs perfectly with rich desserts or as a dessert on its own.
