Product Notes
Fratelli Alessandria Barolo is a rich and elegant wine with a deep garnet color and a complex nose of black cherries, plums, tobacco, and leather. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and bright acidity, complemented by flavors of dark fruit, earthy notes, and hints of spice. This wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the village of Verduno, located in the Barolo region of Piedmont, Italy. Fratelli Alessandria Barolo is aged for 24 months in large oak casks and then refined in the bottle for an additional 18 months. It is an excellent wine to pair with hearty meat dishes or strong cheeses.
