Tasting Note

The 2021 Hanna Sauvignon Blanc is a pale yellow green in the glass. Aroma reminiscent of key lime sorbet, mango chutney, gooseberry, white clover, wintermelon, and Thai basil race exuberantly to the fore. Free range flavours of grapefruit and green apple flavours roam deliciously in a vintage that is very mouth filling and characteristically succulent and seamless

Product Notes

Hanna Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and crisp white wine with a delicate aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and herbs. It has a bright, pale yellow color that exudes freshness and vitality. The acidity is moderate, creating a good balance with the fruitiness and delivering a clean and smooth finish. The wine is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from the Russian River Valley, where the climate is ideal for growing cool-climate varietals. The terroir imparts a unique minerality and complexity to the wine that distinguishes Hanna Sauvignon Blanc from others in its category. Enjoy this wine chilled with your favorite seafood, salads, or light appetizers.

About the Winery

Hanna

The story of Hanna started with the endeavours of Dr. Elias Hanna. Elias was a renowned cardiac surgeon. Later in life, he shifted to the countryside with his family to get a break from the hectic city life. He purchased and acquired 12 acres of land in the historic Sonoma city. Elias taught his children how to grow vegetables and fruits, raise chickens, and produce wine. He trained them to move with the patterns and rhythms set by nature. It led to the family’s pastime turning into their business. It, in turn, resulted in the establishment of Hanna Winery in 1985.
