Hartenberg The Gravel Hill Shiraz is a premium red wine that is made from hand-picked grapes grown in the Stellenbosch region of South Africa. This wine is named after the area's signature gravelly soils that impart a distinctive minerality to the wine. The nose offers a bouquet of black currant, wild raspberry, and spice with hints of vanilla and cigar box. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a firm structure and flavors of ripe plum, dark cherry, and a touch of oak. The finish is long and complex with a subtle hint of tannin. This wine pairs perfectly with lamb or beef dishes and is ideal for aging.
