Tasting Note

Light yellow colour. When someone smells it, they can easily distinguish citrus fruits and pergamot scents, with a nice jasmine feeling and herbal characteristics (yarrow, wild oegano). At the end it leaves you with the scent of green apple and lime. It is a wine for those who can wait, which aromas are highlighted after a while and last for a long time. After tasting it there is a long-lasting minerality (as a result of Xinimavro), and an amazing salty feeling.

Product Notes

Kamara Stalisma Dry White wine is a crisp and refreshing blend that will transport you to the sun-drenched vineyards of Greece with every sip. Made from a careful selection of indigenous Greek grapes, this wine is a true representation of the country's unique terroir. On the palate, the wine offers a delightful combination of citrus, green apple, and floral notes, with a hint of minerality that lingers on the finish. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with light seafood dishes, Kamara Stalisma Dry White wine is the perfect choice for those seeking a taste of Greece in every glass.

About the Winery

Kamara

Kamara Winery is a family-run estate located just outside Thessaloniki, in Northern Greece. It was founded by the Kioutsoukis family, whose roots trace back to Asia Minor, and whose passion for natural farming and traditional winemaking shapes everything they do. The estate sits on the slopes of Mount Kamara, a name that translates to “arch” in Greek, symbolizing the bridge between past and present in their winemaking philosophy.
