Tasting Note

Second vintage of Blanc de Noirs exhibits deep aromas of fresh wild strawberries and floral notes of rose petals, with very fine bubbles and a refreshing minerality reminiscent of wet stones. On the palate it is clean and crisp, with classic notes of brioche, flan and fruit pie.

About the Winery

Marimar Estate

Marimar Torres, one of the prestigious winemaking families in the world, wanted to set up its legacy in California. The search for the perfect location ended in the Russian River Valley appellation, also known as the Green Valley appellation, located in the southern part of Sonoma County. Since this plot is located at a distance of just 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, this plot is blessed with a cool climate all through the year. Therefore, the climatic conditions are ideal for growing some of the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals in California.
