Tasting Note

Pale straw with green hues. Grilled citrus, yeast, white fleshed stone fruit, peach skin, flecks of flint, hints of florals and burnt match complexity. The palate has depth, weight and texture. It crashes across like a wave leaving a sense on generosity and concentration but without losing its shape as the taught preserved-lemon acidity keeps it on line leaving a tangy, very long grapefruit finish.

Oakridge Wines LVS Willowlake Vineyard Chardonnay is a premium Australian white wine that is complex and full-bodied. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that are grown in the Willowlake Vineyard, a picturesque site located in Yarra Valley. The wine is known for its bright, golden yellow color, with aromas of white peach, grapefruit and lemon zest. On the palate, it is generous and creamy, with a perfect balance of fruit and acidity. The oak ageing gives it a touch of toastiness and vanilla and its flavors are long and persistent. This exceptional wine is perfect to pair with seafood, chicken and creamy pastas.
