Oakridge Wines 864 Drive Block Funder & Diamond Vineyard Chardonnay is a crisp and luxurious white wine with notes of citrus and creamy vanilla. It is sourced from two unique vineyards in Yarra Valley, Australia, that provide completely distinct flavor profiles. The Funder vineyard is known for its elevation and rocky soils, which contribute to the wine's complex minerality. The Diamond vineyard, on the other hand, is rich in volcanic soil, leading to a smooth and luscious fruit-forward flavor. The grapes are fermented with natural yeasts and aged in oak barrels for 11 months, resulting in a well-balanced and elegant wine with a long finish. This chardonnay pairs perfectly with seafood, poultry dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own.
