Made from 100% Garnacha grapes grown in the rugged, granite-rich soils of the region, this wine exudes intensity and depth. The wine showcases a deep ruby color with aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and hints of spice. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied experience with luscious flavors of dark fruits, vanilla, and a touch of earthiness. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a smooth and velvety mouthfeel. About the Winery

Based in the Sierra de Gredos, Pegaso was founded through a collaboration between Rioja-born winemaker Telmo Rodríguez, his long-time partner Pablo Eguzkiza, and Carlos Sainz Sr, the two-time world rally champion. The winery takes its name from Pegaso, an iconic Spanish sports car brand of the 1940s, chosen as a symbol of heritage, elegance, and timeless design.
