Product Notes
Seifried Estate Aotea Méthode Traditionelle is a sparkling wine produced in New Zealand's Nelson region. It is made with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which are carefully selected to create a perfect balance of fruit and acidity. The wine is crafted through the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, and aged on its lees for at least two years, adding complexity and depth to the final product. The resulting wine has a pale straw color, with aromas of white flowers, lemon zest, and brioche, and a lively and persistent mousse. It is a refreshing and elegant wine, perfect to enjoy on its own or with food.
