Product Notes

Testalonga Baby Bandito Chin Up is the perfect wine for those who appreciate something a little different. Produced from a blend of Chenin Blanc and Palomino grapes in South Africa's Swartland region, this wine has a unique character with a tangy and vibrant taste. It is aged for six months with the skins on before it gets bottled, giving it a distinct orange hue. On pouring, the aromas of apricot, pear, and orange peel prevail, while upon tasting, the balance of acidity with a smooth texture and long-lasting finish comes through. Testalonga Baby Bandito Chin Up is a perfect pairing for seafood, salads, and goat cheese.

About the Winery

Testalonga

Testalonga Winery is one of the newest wineries in the world. It was set up by Craig and Carla Hawkins in the year 2008. Located along the Swartland Mountains of South Africa, this winery is slowly picking up a name for itself in the winemaking industry. The owners of this winery recently announced that they were taking around 11 hectares of the organic vineyards on the granite soils of Paardeberg and 4 hectares of vineyards on the sandstone soils of Piketberg on rent.
