Tasting Note

This Pinot Noir shows a very good fruit in the nose (straberries, cherry) still young and will of course get softer and fruitier. One drinks Pinot Noir cool in Alsace, around 14-15 C.

Product Notes

Trimbach Pinot Noir Reserve Cuvée 7 is a smooth and elegant wine with a complex blend of fruit and spice flavors. The grapes are harvested from 7 different vineyards across the Alsace region, resulting in a unique and sophisticated wine. Its deep ruby color and aromas of red berries and vanilla lead to a palate of black cherry, licorice, and a hint of tobacco. The tannins are firm, yet well-integrated, providing a long, velvety finish. This Pinot Noir pairs well with a variety of dishes, including roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is a superb choice for collectors and enthusiasts looking for a refined and versatile wine.
