Tasting Note

The 2024 Reserve Blanc is alluring with its pale yellow/green colour. Pouring the wine into the glass, a never-ending bouquet of floral, mineral, citrus, pear, and stone fruit aromas fill the room. The lifted blossomy and nectarine tones are complemented by tropical and pineapple subtones. On the palate, the Grenache Blanc is precise and fresh, with pear and rich tropical fruits. These tropical flavours and richness develop into a lingering finish of fine texture and everlasting flavour. So lively and luscious, this is the perfect wine for summer, to share with friends and pair with your favourite lunch time summer dishes.

Product Notes

Tscharke Reserve Blanc Grenache is a beautifully crafted wine that showcases the best of Barossa Valley vineyards. This elegant white wine is made from 100% Grenache grapes, offering a unique and refreshing alternative to traditional varietals. The wine exudes aromas of white peach, citrus zest, and floral notes, leading to a palate of tropical fruits, honey, and a hint of spice. The crisp acidity and balanced finish make this wine perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes, from seafood to salads to spicy Asian cuisine. Tscharke Reserve Blanc Grenache is a must-try for any wine connoisseur looking for a new favorite.

About the Winery

Tscharke

Located in the heart of the western Barossa Valley at Marananga, Tscharke Wines is a progressive, family-owned estate that combines generations of farming heritage with a modern vision for sustainable viticulture. The Tscharke family has farmed in the Barossa since the mid-1800s, with six generations cultivating vineyards across the region before transitioning from grape growers to estate winemakers. The winery was established by Damien Tscharke, who released the inaugural vintage in 2001 and has since built a reputation as one of Australia's most innovative producers. Today, Damien continues to lead the business, championing regenerative farming, organic and biodynamic viticulture, and minimal-intervention winemaking.
