Tasting Notes

Ruby red in colour, the nose offers clear notes of ripe, red fruit and wild blackberries, accompanied by subtle vanilla, nutmeg, and sweet cinnamon touches from the oak ageing. The palate is refreshing, with good acidity and fruit expression and smooth, juicy tannins. Black and red fruit emerge here, with an elegant and persistent finish.

A visit to the Colchagua Valley in Chile will be incomplete if you don’t visit the beautiful Vina Montes winery located there. They are Alpha M, the first Chilean ultra-premium wine to have been ever produced, Folly, Purple Angel, Twins, Late Harvest, Outer Limits, Montes Sparkling Brut, Taita and Cherub. This winery, with its natural extravaganza, is one of the most-visited tourist destinations in the Apalta Valley.

One of the best things of the Vina Montes winery located in La Finca de Apalta is that it is built using designs explained under the Feng Shui principles.
