Tasting Note

The wine has rich powerful aromas of spice and dark cherry, combined with charry oak, secondary barrel ferment mocha and coffee characters, that will integrate further to become more Burgundian like with bottle age. On the palate the wine has rich ripe fruit, firm fine grained tannins helping provide excellent texture and length. This wine will live for 15 to 20 years.

Product Notes

Paringa Estate is a famous Australian winery located in the renowned wine region of Mornington Peninsula. The Paringa Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is one of their most premium offerings, and it perfectly embodies the winery's dedication to producing world-class wines. Made from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes grown in the estate's single vineyard, this wine is a wonderful representation of the region's unique terroir. It boasts a deep, ruby red appearance and aromas of black cherry, plum, and spice. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with complex flavors of red fruits, oak, and a hint of earthiness. The finely integrated tannins give it a smooth and satisfying finish, making it a must-try for any Pinot Noir lover.

About the Winery

Paringa Estate

The Paringa Estate is one of the finest and most renowned wineries in Australia. Its establishment started with the 1980 vintage of Seville Estate Shiraz that Lindsay McCall tasted in a restaurant in 1983. The wine astonished him as he did not know that the state of Victoria was capable of producing a drink of such high calibre.
