Product Notes

Domaine Mas Amiel Maury Vintage Rouge is an exceptional red wine coming from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. Created in a traditional manner, it is made with 100% Grenache grapes that are carefully selected from old vines that are more than 60 years old. The wine is aged for 20 to 30 months in large oak barrels, enhancing its character and creating a smooth, velvety texture. The dark, ruby color of the wine is suggestive of its luxurious taste, filled with bold flavors of black cherry, figs, and spice. With a rich, full-bodied finish, Domaine Mas Amiel Maury Vintage Rouge is a wine that is sure to please the most discerning palates.

About the Winery

Domaine Mas Amiel

Located in Roussillon, one of France’s wine-rich regions, Mas Amiel is a huge wine cellar, the biggest in the Maury. The rocky mountains and the rugged terrain of the Agly Valley in Roussillon make this valley one of the most fertile regions in France. History has it that in 1816 a bishop lost one of his wine plots to Raymond Amiel in a bet. This started the birth of Domaine Mas Amiel.
