Product Notes

Domaine Sigalas Kavalieros Single Vineyard is a premium Greek wine that boasts a complex and unique flavor profile. It is made exclusively from 100% Assyrtiko grapes grown in the Kavalieros vineyard on the island of Santorini. The ancient vines of the Kavalieros vineyard are over 70 years old and produce a wine that is full-bodied, with notes of citrus, honey, and minerality. The wine is fermented in oak barrels, adding complexity and depth to the flavor. This wine is a true reflection of the terroir of Santorini and is a perfect wine to pair with seafood, white meats, and cheeses.

About the Winery

Domaine Sigalas

Since early on, the winemaker has remained invested in applying and implementing innovative ideas and practices in winemaking and viticultural practices. Domaine Sigalas follows his endeavours, operating on the principle and motto of “dynamic evolution of tradition.”
