Tasting Note

Pale lemon in colour. The nose shows delicate aromas of citrus zest and stone fruit, including peach, apricot and lemon, layered with mineral notes that will develop with time. The palate is medium-bodied, balancing a creamy texture with vibrant acidity, leading to a long finish.

Product Notes

Domaine Sigalas Aa Assyrtiko Athiri Monemvasia wine is a crisp and refreshing Greek white wine crafted with a blend of native Assyrtiko and Athiri grapes, as well as a touch of Monemvasia. It is produced by the renowned Domaine Sigalas winery, located on the picturesque island of Santorini. The wine showcases aromas of citrus fruits, green apples, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it offers a bright acidity, a mineral-driven character, and a lingering finish.
