Vassaltis Nassitis White Blend is a refreshing and aromatic wine hailing from Santorini, Greece. This white blend comprises of 90% Assyrtiko and 10% Aidani grapes, which are grown sustainably on the volcanic soils of the island. It has a luminous and bright appearance with a pale yellow color and green reflections. On the nose, it offers an intense bouquet of ripe citrus, peach, and apricot layered with hints of minerality, making it a perfect drink for summer. With a well-balanced acidity and a long finish, the Vassaltis Nassitis White Blend is a unique wine that truly captures the essence of its terroir.

About the Winery

Vassaltis

Vassaltis is a part of Santorini's winemaking history. The owner of Vassaltis is Yannis Valambous, and he has a great passion for wine which brought him back to Santorini Island. where he had spent a holiday with his family as a child. In the Greek financial crisis of 2010, Yannis got a new idea and decided to put some new life into the vineyards his father had left him.
