Product Notes

Vassaltis Alcyone Santorini Barrel Aged Assyrtiko is a premium white wine made from the native Assyrtiko grape variety grown on the picturesque island of Santorini in Greece. This unique wine is matured in French oak barrels for 12 months, giving it a rich, complex flavor and aroma. The wine has a pale yellow color with gold hints and notes of lemon, vanilla, and toasted bread on the nose. On the palate, it offers a delicate balance of crisp acidity and smooth oak flavors with a long, elegant finish. Vassaltis Santorini Barrel Aged Assyrtiko is perfect for pairing with seafood, grilled meats, and vegetarian dishes.
