Product Notes

Masi Costasera Riserva Amarone is a full-bodied and complex red wine that is made using only the finest grapes from the Valpolicella region of Italy. The wine is crafted using the appassimento method, which involves drying the grapes for several months before they are fermented. This process concentrates the flavors and richness of the grapes and creates a wine that is intense, yet smooth. Masi Costasera Riserva Amarone has a deep ruby color and aromas of black cherry, dark chocolate, and dried herbs. On the palate, the wine is rich and velvety with flavors of ripe black fruit, vanilla, and spice. This wine pairs perfectly with hearty meat dishes and aged cheeses.

About the Winery

Masi

Italian wines are known for their elegance and rich winemaking processes. Masi is one such Italian wine company that has been making historic wines for over 200 years now. This brand's origin dates back to 1772, when the Boscaini family purchased a few acres of vineyards in the Vaio dei Massi Valley. The rich soil diversity, exquisite climate, and natural conditions of the place inspired the family to set up its company right in that valley.
