Product Notes

St. Cosme Micro-Cosme Viognier Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, refreshing and aromatic wine with a soft, round texture. The nose is packed with floral aromas, fruity notes and hints of citrus and exotic fruits. On the palate, flavors of peach, apricot and pear are complemented by a touch of spice and a persistent finish. This wine is made from a blend of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which are handpicked and then fermented together in a traditional basket press. The end result is a unique and flavorful wine that is perfect for enjoying on its own or paired with a light dish.
