Product Notes

Barbadillo Manzanilla Pasada En Rama De La Pastora is a high-quality wine produced in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a town in southern Spain. Made from the Palomino grape, this wine is aged for an average of six years using the traditional solera system. During the last stage of the aging process, the wine is bottled "en rama," meaning it is unfiltered and taken straight from the barrel. This gives it a unique character and flavor profile, with notes of almond, chamomile, and salty sea breeze. It pairs well with seafood dishes and is best served chilled. Barbadillo Manzanilla Pasada En Rama De La Pastora is a must-try for any wine lover.

About the Winery

Barbadillo

He moved to Sanlucar after living n Mexico for 20 years, and he set up his company in this region, understanding the potential and richness of the terroirs here. Today, this wine brand is the biggest producer of Manzanilla varietal in the Jerez region.
