Tasting Note

Finesse combine with pillowy fruit weight, this is a wine that is fine boned with citrus flavours dominating in its youth. A citrus energy drives the palate with a pithy interest and texture on the back palate. An extremely fine grained oak tannin framework lingers on the finish.

Product Notes

Yarra Yering Chardonnay is a superb white wine that hails from the Yarra Valley of Victoria, Australia. A luminous and pale yellow color, this wine boasts a complex aroma of citrus and stone fruit with a hint of delicate floral notes, mingled with subtle oak aromas of vanilla and spices. On the palate, it displays a lively acidity and a well-balanced structure, with a harmonious blend of fruit flavors such as lemon, peach, and nectarine. The wine finishes with a long and satisfying aftertaste. Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Yarra Yering vineyard, this wine is an ideal companion for seafood, poultry, and creamy pasta dishes.
