Tasting Note

There is a welcome breadth and generosity of fruit, providing body to cover the tight and crispy tannins. Lifting floral notes strike first, followed by a refreshing sapidity and bitter herb freshness. The fruit is a little darker than usual, brambles mixing with loganberries as well as a touch of mint and cassis leaf. The wine focuses and refines even more with air and finishes with an unerring clarity and tension

Product Notes

Brovia Barolo Rocche di Castiglione is a wine crafted from the Nebbiolo grape grown in the prestigious Barolo region of Piedmont, Italy. The winery has been in operation for over 150 years, with generations of winemakers dedicated to producing high-quality Barolo. The Rocche di Castiglione vineyard is located in one of the most prized areas of Barolo, known for its limestone-rich soil and optimal sun exposure. The resulting wine is deeply complex with notes of red fruit, leather, and spices. With firm tannins and balanced acidity, this wine can age for decades and is a true expression of the unique terroir of Barolo.
