Cantine Pellegrino Ulysse Etna is a Sicilian red wine that is made exclusively from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna. This vineyard is located in the north-eastern side of Sicily and is known for its volcanic soils that produce high quality wines. The wine is medium-bodied, with complex aromas of red berries, purple flowers, and a unique minerality that reflects the soil's volcanic origins. Its subtle tannin structure and vibrant acidity make it a perfect companion to Italian food such as grilled meats, mushrooms and pasta.
