Tasting Note

It shines in fresh and sweet flavors consisting of white melon and white nectarine peach combined with elder and jasmine blossom. A zest of spring shows up. This wine opens up on the palate to citrus fruits and fresh hints of menthol (reminiscent of pepper mint) around a steely core of laser-sharp acidity. A vibrant wine, with a firm texture noticeable along the entire centre of the tongue with a crisp, lingering finish.

Product Notes

Gaja Rossj-Bass is an exceptional white wine hailing from the Piedmont region of Italy. Made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine exudes complex aromas of tropical fruits, white flowers, and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant with flavors of green apple, pear, and honey. Its acidity is well-balanced and rounded, providing a pleasant lingering finish. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand to ensure the utmost quality. This wine pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, pasta, and creamy cheeses. Gaja Rossj-Bass is a true gem in the world of Italian white wines.
