House of Arras Grand Vintage is a premium Tasmanian sparkling wine produced by winemaker Ed Carr. Rich and complex, it is made using grapes grown in select vineyards across Tasmania and aged for up to 10 years before release. The wine has a pale golden color and a persistent, fine bead. On the nose, it offers aromas of freshly baked bread, toasted almonds, and citrus. The palate is full and creamy, showcasing flavors of honey, brioche, and lemon zest.
