Tasting Note

Lifted nuances of dessicated pear and peach, with distinct savoury secondary tones combined with jasmine flower, fresh pastry and honey. The palate is exotic and persistent, with flavours of grapefruit, biscuit and honeycomb with intriguing characters of miso. The low dosage complements the tension of the wine, balancing acidity and leaving the palate fresh and vibrant.

Product Notes

House of Arras Grand Vintage is a premium Tasmanian sparkling wine produced by winemaker Ed Carr. Rich and complex, it is made using grapes grown in select vineyards across Tasmania and aged for up to 10 years before release. The wine has a pale golden color and a persistent, fine bead. On the nose, it offers aromas of freshly baked bread, toasted almonds, and citrus. The palate is full and creamy, showcasing flavors of honey, brioche, and lemon zest. This sparkling wine is perfect to serve as an aperitif or pair it with rich seafood dishes or cheese platters. House of Arras Grand Vintage is a testament to the exceptional craftsmanship of Australian winemakers.
