Extended time on lees during secondary fermentation contributes to more complex aromas of nougat and roasted nuts. The palate is balanced with delicate fruit flavour, fine creamy texture and refreshing natural acidity.

This exquisite wine is made using the traditional method, and it has been aged for at least 2 years on its lees, ensuring a complex and delicious flavour profile. On the nose, the Jansz Premium Cuvée is crisp, clean and refreshing, with delicate apple and pear notes, followed by hints of brioche and toasted almonds. The palate is elegant and balanced, with a fine bead and persistent finish. The Jansz Premium Cuvée is beautifully presented in an elegant gift box, making it the perfect gift for any wine lover.

Jansz

The entire Jansz journey started some 400 years ago on a ship belonging to Abel Tasman, and that is how Tasmania was born in 1642. The area is a true paradise, and the wind that blows here gives it one of the best microclimates.
