Tasting Notes

We included a fair proportion of whole bunches into ours and as most of our fruit is pressed very lightly anyway and so has a lot left to give. It has resulted in quite a “full’ and reasonably (by Piquette standards) complex drink that does not lack any interest. It sits at about 5.7 % Alcohol so has enough substance to stand tall with Pet-Nats while still being very refreshing because of the low alcohol – Momento Mori

The winery picks specific grape varieties based on the unique terroir and local weather within the region. The management of each vineyard goes through an elaborate, systematic procedure whereby the vines are made to survive.
