Produced in the heart of Italy's Valpolicella region, this wine is made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes that are carefully hand-picked and sun-dried, before undergoing a lengthy fermentation and aging process. Monte Olmi is the name of this vineyard, located at Pedemonte di Valpolicella in the heart of Valpolicella Classica. This wine exhibits aromas of crushed blackberries, spice and flowers combined with notes of Slavonia oak. Full-bodied with peppery, berry characters, medium tannins and a fine finish.

The name Tedeschi is synonymous with the Valpolicella region, with documents of the estate dating back to the 17th century. Since the 1630s, the family have worked within the region, shaping and influencing its vineyards and landscape.
