Product Notes

Tyrrell's Wines Hunter Valley Sémillon is a crisp, dry white wine made from the Sémillon grape variety grown in Australia's Hunter Valley region. With its bright golden hue and complex aroma, this wine exhibits a delicate bouquet of citrus, honeydew melon, and a hint of grassiness. On the palate, it's a refreshing, zesty wine with flavors of lemon, lime, and green apple, followed by a subtle minerality and dry finish. Tyrrell's Wines Hunter Valley Sémillon is a perfect accompaniment to seafood, salads, and light cheeses and is best served chilled. This wine is an excellent choice for those looking for a refreshing, easy-to-drink white wine with distinct regional characteristics.

About the Winery

Tyrrell's Wines

The Australian wine label of Tyrrell’s has a rich history that dates back to 1858. During this year, Edward Tyrrell, who had shifted to Australia from England, took control of 320 acres of land in the Hunter Valley region. The iron slab hut that he constructed on this land still stands today to transport you back into those days. He started planting Shiraz and Semillon vines in this region, and there was no turning back for his company after that.
