Tasting Note

Vibrant, bright pink colour and an alluring nose of small red fruits, including prominent notes of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, complemented by hints of rose petals and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it is crisp, dry, and well-balanced with invigorating acidity that uplifts the sweet fruit notes in the centre, leading to a clean, persistent finish with subtle spicy hints and a touch of minerality.
