Product Notes

Varvaglione 12 e Mezzo Malvasia Nera del Salento is a stunning red wine with a deep ruby red color and a bouquet of rich aromas. This elegant wine is produced in the heart of Salento, Italy, where the hot Mediterranean climate and calcareous soil create the perfect conditions for growing Malvasia Nera grapes. On the palate, this wine offers a tantalizing mix of dark fruit flavors, including blackberries, plums, and cherries, with subtle hints of spices and herbs. The finish is long and lingering, making it an ideal choice for pairing with hearty meat dishes or aged cheeses. Overall, this wine is a true expression of the passion and craftsmanship of Varvaglione Winery.
