Lifted varietal aromas of fresh cut pear and green apple, lead to a refreshing palate of crisp, ripe pear and vibrant citrus fruit flavours. This Pinot Gris is richly flavoured with a lovely mid-palate texture and balance.

Paringa Estate Estate Pinot Gris is a rich and complex wine made from the finest grapes grown in Mornington Peninsula, Australia. It has a beautiful golden hue with aromas of white peach, pear and apricot, with a hint of ginger and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavors of stone fruit and citrus, balanced by a refreshing acidity. The wine has been fermented and aged in French oak, giving it a soft and creamy texture, while the extended lees contact has added an extra dimension of complexity. This delicious Pinot Gris can be enjoyed now or cellared for a few years to enhance its flavors and aromas.

Paringa Estate

The Paringa Estate is one of the finest and most renowned wineries in Australia. Its establishment started with the 1980 vintage of Seville Estate Shiraz that Lindsay McCall tasted in a restaurant in 1983. The wine astonished him as he did not know that the state of Victoria was capable of producing a drink of such high calibre.
