It is a blend of traditional grape varietals such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca, sourced from the estate's oldest vines. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months, imparting subtle vanilla and spice notes to the fruit-forward bouquet. On the palate, it showcases rich flavors of raspberry, black cherry, and plum, balanced with savory undertones of leather and tobacco. Its bold tannins and velvety finish make it the perfect pairing for hearty meat dishes or aged cheeses.
